Draft Operational Efficiency Study of Solid Waste System

A draft of the efficiency study for Helena's solid waste system is now available online. A joint City-County project, a consultant was hired earlier this year to examine our local solid waste operations, including recycling. The draft document includes the consultant's recommendations for the landfill, Transfer Station, and collection services.
